How many artworks can we exhibit?

Digital exhibitions are currently available with 12 or 24 artworks.

Physical exhibitions can be customized according to the venue, exhibition goals, and available space.

Do we have to be a gallery or museum?

No. Universities, schools, libraries, cultural organizations, community organizations, nonprofit organizations, faith communities, and other appropriate organizations can host the exhibition.

Can we print the digital exhibition ourselves?

Yes. The Digital Exhibition option is designed for organizations that want to produce the exhibition locally.

Does the digital exhibition price include printing?

No. The digital exhibition fee covers the exhibition license and digital exhibition materials. Local printing, framing, installation, venue costs, and related expenses are the responsibility of the host.

Can we choose the artwork?

PalArts can provide a curated selection. Custom selections may also be possible depending on the exhibition format and requirements.

Can we organize an opening reception?

Yes. Hosts are encouraged to create programming around the exhibition.

How long can we host the exhibition?

The exhibition duration is agreed upon with PalArts and may vary according to the exhibition format, venue, and agreement.

Can the exhibition be part of a larger event or festival?

Yes. The exhibition can be presented as part of an arts festival, cultural program, educational event, university program, or community initiative, subject to the agreed exhibition terms.

Can we sell artwork or merchandise at the exhibition?

Any sale, reproduction, merchandise, fundraising activity, or other commercial use involving the artwork must be separately authorized by PalArts and/or the applicable rights holder. Please contact PalArts before planning commercial activities.
